Mette & Robert Ducan

From April to November, Mette Ducan and Robert Ducan operate the well-regarded Convent Country Inn in Val Marie. In December, they head for Arizona, where they follow their passion for finding, then polishing and setting semi-precious gems and much more prosaic stones into beautiful one-of-a-kind settings for collectible jewellery. Mette winds and twists copper, sterling silver, and gold-filled wire into intricate shapes with glowing centres. Robert hand cuts and polishes rocks and sets them as stunning belt buckles, and inlays fine gems into beautiful necklaces in silver and gold. These jewels are like no other!
